The “Let’s Add More People” Solution That Never Works

You know when they add more people to a project…
and somehow everything just gets worse?

The work is getting done. The outcomes are there.
But suddenly the solution is… more people.

Not because it helps.
But because no one wants to deal with what’s actually broken…
how the project is being led and communicated.

Leadership issues don’t get addressed.
Expectations don’t get clearer.
Accountability doesn’t change.

And the hardest part…
the person running it is fully supported,
so nothing actually improves.

So instead…
more people get added.

And now there are just more opinions, more confusion, and more time wasted.

And somehow this is considered a “solution.”

Yeah… it’s not just you.

And by the time you’ve sat through all of it,
your patience is gone… and your feet probably are too.

At minimum, your shoes shouldn’t be part of the problem.
